Apply for a True Inspiration Awards Grant

The True Inspiration Awards programme was established to honour the legacy of Chick-fil-A’s late founder, S. Truett Cathy, and his deep commitment to serving others. Through these annual grants, it is our pleasure to celebrate and support non-profit organisations making an impact in their local communities. True Inspiration Awards grants range from $30,000 to $350,000, with $6 million awarded in 2025 to organisations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and the United Kingdom.

To be considered, eligible organisations can be nominated by their local Owner-Operator or submit a True Inspiration Awards application by 1 May.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for a True Inspiration Awards grant, an organization should:

  • Be a (i) 501(c)(3) based in the US or (ii) a charitable organization based in Canada, Puerto Rico or the United Kingdom or Singapore that can provide an opinion of counsel that confirms it is the equivalent of a US 501(c)(3) public charity in its home jurisdiction.
